At PatientPop I designed SEO optimized websites for healthcare providers. The websites are designed using Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and PatientPop's in-house site design platform.

A Perfect 5.0 CSAT Score for Q1 in 2018.

Launched a record breaking 144 sites in a single quarter.

UX DESIGN
UX Research, Sketch, Principle
Working with the Senior UX Designer and Product Manger I helped create a concept for redesigning our web design platform. Our current design platform is very archaic, unintuitive, and over-complicated. In order to help the Onboarding Team and Web Design Team streamline their process more, we formed a team to come up with an improved product.
Conducting user interviews, design sprints, and rapid prototyping, we came up with a new design for the platform, specifically focusing on the Before and After Gallery building function.
